Accommodations
Lodge
Snowflake Lodge (included in the package price based on double occupancy) consists of:

Toyo stove heater with thermostat, electrical outlets, bedding, towels, shelves, a place to hang clothing, and a reading light above the bed.

Each room has a window, either facing the tundra or the hub of activities.

There are two communal restrooms with indoor plumbing consisting of a shower, sink, toilet, hand soap, and hand disinfectant. Bring your own toiletries. The bathroom door can be locked for privacy. An outhouse is also available located between the cabins and the lodge.

Arctic entryway and mudroom with a limited selection of shared goods (insect repellant, bear spray, rain gear & boots). Help yourself to the shared goods and leave behind what you wish to share.

Six 10’x10’ rooms are double occupancy with 2 twin beds.

Two 10’x10’ rooms are double occupancy with 1 queen size bed.
Cabins
We have a limited number of cabins available, that require an upcharge from the base price for accommodations in the lodge.
Two 12’x12’ heated dry cabins sleep 2 (two single beds) with dresser and shelves, coffee maker, and electricity. Bedding and towels are included. Access to showers and restrooms is via the Snowflake Lodge and the Great Room.
Two 16’x20’ heated wet cabins sleep 4 (sleeping arrangements vary), dresser, shelves, hangers, electricity, kitchenette with mini fridge and ice box, counter top, coffee maker, microwave, kitchen table and chairs, indoor plumbing with shower, sink, and toilet, Arctic entryway with hooks for outdoor gear and clothing. Cots are available.​​
Off The Grid
Alaska Gold & Resort is located Mile 3 Glacier Creek Road. Daily operations function on solar power with a backup generator. Spring water and modern plumbing provide hot showers. Drinking water is filtered spring water. Weather widely varies between June and September. Stay up to date on the City of Nome weather, webcam, and community events.
