Herds of wild muskox may roam through camp, red fox with their kits visit camp, Long-Tail Jaegers, yellow capped sparrows, ptarmigan and gold plovers are frequently seen around camp. Take a Tundra Walk to discover the tundra’s hidden world through macro photography of Lichen, Bearberries, Blueberries, or Crowberries, or wild Bolete Mushrooms. Guided tours to Teller, Train-To-Nowhere, and Pilgrim Hot Springs may also be available. Even visit historic mining dredges, take a guided helicopter tour of the Saw Tooth mountains, or take an ATV ride to see Wyatt Earp's camp and his Mattie mining claim.
